REGIONAL CUISINE AND WELLBEING THE PROTAGONISTS OF AN EXCEPTIONAL SUMMIT

The 14th Italian Cuisine World Summit will kick off in Dubai on the 7th of November 2023 with an exceptional Gala at Palazzo Versace Hotel. This edition that celebrates 10 years in Dubai will be a tribute to Italian regional cuisine and wellbeing at the table that is also the theme of the 7th week of the Italian Cuisine in the World of which the Summit is part. Fourteen talented Michelin starred Master Guest chefs from Italy will prepare the Gala dinner at Palazzo Versace, with the collaboration of the hosting chefs of 12 of the best Italian Restaurants in Dubai. For the first time in Dubai the chefs will cook with Italian purified seawater provided by Masserie di Mare.
