Luigi Lionetti

Restaurant: Le Monzù*, Capri, Italy

Luigi Lionetti began working in the kitchen at the age of 15, at the Da Paolino restaurant. Several winter seasons follow in Corvara, Alta Badia. In 2008 he arrived, in the role of sous chef, at the Le Monzù restaurant in Punta Tragara in Capri. The restaurant conquers the Michelin stable with the 2020 edition of the guide.
