GIOVANNI PAPI

Giovanni is a 34-year-old chef from Sardinia, a large Italian island in the Mediterranean Sea. He began his culinary career as an intern in his home country, before honing his skills in France’s Cote d’Azur. His gastronomic endeavors eventually led him to Dubai, where he now runs the kitchen at one of the few Michelin Starred restaurants of the UAE
