Ciro Sicignano

Ciro Sicignano, born in 1989 in the pasta-making village of Gragnano, discovered his culinary passion in the family restaurant. Following formal training at the Hotel Institute of “Castellammare di Stabia,” Ciro’s career soared. He honed his skills at prestigious establishments like Casa Vissani, Villa Crespi, and Quattro Passi. His international exposure came through collaborations with Chef Antonio Mellino. In 2018, he took on the role of Executive Chef at “Pietramare Natural Food,” earning a Michelin Star. In 2019, he fulfilled a dream, opening “Ristorante Lorelei,” which received a Michelin Star in 2021, 2022, and 2023.
