Cooking is the great passion that Alessandro Tormolino has cultivated since he was a boy, first in the family kitchen and later in the starred ones.

He trained at the most important restaurants, working alongside prestigious chefs such as: Gianfranco Vissani, Alfonso Iaccarino, Mauro Colagreco and Giorgio Locatelli.

In his cuisine, the ingredients that he personally chooses with care and attention have an important place, often combining different flavors and cultures, but always in the wake of the important Italian and Campania tradition. His dishes exalt all the senses and offer a unique and ever-evolving experience, a journey halfway between the taste of tradition and the pleasure of innovation.
