One of the most successful editions of the Summit has just concluded in Dubai, as part of the Italian Cuisine in the world week. The Summit has started with a Gala Night at Palazzo Versace with 12 Michelin starred Guest Chefs coming from Italy and Dubai, supported by the same number of Dubai based hosting chefs. Italian regional cuisine and well being have been the topics of an exclusive Italian food and wine reception reserved to selected invited F&B operators, media and health professional.
